The Jawa 250 Californian was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Jawa between 1967 and 1973. It could reach a top speed of 71 mph (115 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.09 HP (12.0 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 65.0mm bore x 75.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a port control.

The bike has a 4-speed transmission.
