The engine was a Air cooled cooled Two stroke, parallel twin. The engine featured a 10.2:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Multi disc in oil bath.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/100-17" front tire and a 100/90-18" rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Ø265 mm Disc, hydraulic control in the front and a Ø165 mm Drum, mechanical control in the rear. The front suspension was a Hydraulic telescopic fork, steel spiral springs while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, hydraulic telescopic in suspension units, spiral springs. The 644 Chopper was fitted with a 15 L / 4.0 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 147 kg / 322 lbs.
