The KTM 50 Mini Adventure was a single cylinder, two-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by KTM between 2001 and 2007.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the centrifugal clutch, adjustable.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.50-10 front tire and a 2.50-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi, diameter 32 mm while the rear was equipped with a paioli monoshock. The 50 Mini Adventure was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The 2001 KTM 50 Senior Adventure is a perfect choice for small racer between the age of 6 and 9. This bike has more power, a longer wheelbase and bigger front wheels than the smaller Mini Adventure. The entry level bike for kids from 3 years and up. Controllable power is nice and easily delivered to the rear tire thanks to the centrifugal clutch. With a seat height of 530 mm, it's also safe for little ones to ride.

Long suspension travel, front and rear disc brakes plus the most performance you can get for your money in this class. Adjustable seat levels from 650 mm. Designed for racing aces between 6 and 10 years. Developed by KTM, the centrifugal multi-disc automatic clutch provides manageable acceleration and makes riding this motorcycle the easiest thing in the world. The engine power needs to get to the ground by way of the clutch assembly. The clutch is an another important area with great gains in KTM50 performance with clutch replacement and fine tuning. A old worn out clutch will slip and not allow the engines full power to get to the rear wheel.
