The KTM 990 Duke RR was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by KTM in 2006. Max torque was 73.76 ft/lbs (100.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 115.46 HP (86.1 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 101.0mm bore x 62.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 999.8 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc clutch, operated hydraulically.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a wp-usd 48 mm (1.89 inches) while the rear was equipped with a wp - monoshock. The 990 Duke RR was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 370.38 pounds (168.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 56.61 inches (1438 mm) long.
