The Kawasaki KLR 650 CAMO was a 4-stroke, 1-cylinder, DOHC, water-cooled Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Kawasaki in 2017.

Engine[edit | edit source]

A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 651.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90x21 front tire and a 130/80x17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 280mm petal-type disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a Single 240mm petal-type disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Uni-Trak single-shock system with 5-way preload and stepless rebound damping. The wheelbase was 58.31 inches (1481 mm) long.

2017 Kawasaki KLR 650 CAMO[edit | edit source]

The dependable KLR650 Camo motorcycle is returning for 2017 with new color schemes  and graphics. The standard model is offered in Candy Persimmon Red with a gloss red fairing, black fenders and side panels, along with Candy Persimmon Red KLR graphics on the fairing. It’s also available in Metallic Matte Carbon Gray, with a sleek matte grey on the gas tank and headlight fairing, mixed with gloss black fairings, fenders and side panels and a green KLR graphic.
