The Kawasaki KLX650 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Trail motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1993 and 1995. Max torque was 38.36 ft/lbs (52.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 43.99 HP (32.8 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The KLX650 was fitted with a 3.17 Gallon (12.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 337.31 pounds (153.0 Kg).
