The new 2014 MY Kawasaki ZX-10R has a 998cc 4-stroke, inline-four engine that produces 180 horsepower and 112 Nm of torque.

An interesting feature of this model is an electronic steering damper, specially designed by Kawasaki in collaboration with Öhlins, which provides the required amount of damping force in any scenario, at both low and high speed.

It also has the Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC), which was frankensteined from the track versions to maximize forward motion. It allows the rider to open the throttle in a brutal, race-like way while the system controls wheel-slippage to offer the strongest acceleration possible, safely.

This model is available for purchase with optional ABS.

The 2015 MY Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R proudly inherits 30 years of Ninja technology and prestige.

It comes with an Öhlins-Kawasaki electronic steering damper which quickly analyzes current speed as well as acceleration and deceleration for an optimum amount of damping force across a wide range of riding scenarios. The bike is also equipped with the Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC) to ensure the best traction possible no matter what the tarmac conditions may be.

Other techs standard on the ZX-10R is the Big Piston Fork (BPF), to reduce the overall weight of the fork and a power mode selector that allows one to choose between 3 power delivery modes.

The model is available for purchase with optional ABS, and is put on sale only in the USA.
