A 83.8mm bore x 83.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1441.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi discs.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70ZR17 front tire and a 190/50ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Brembo dual floating 310mm discs with dual radial-mounted monobloc 4-piston calipers and ABS in the front and a Single 250mm petal disc with opposed twin-piston caliper and ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm inverted cartridge fork with adjustable preload, 18-way compression and 15-way rebound damping adjustment while the rear was equipped with a Bottom-link Uni-Trak and gas-charged shock with adjustable preload, stepless rebound and compression damping adjustments, adjustable ride height. The wheelbase was 58.31 inches (1481 mm) long.

For 2018, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R ABS SE will continue to reign as “King” of the Ninja motorcycles with its powerful 1,441cc DOHC inline-four engine. The most important aspect of a high-performance motorcycle is the ease with which a rider can control it. That is where the Ninja ZX-14R shines. It is equipped with two power levels and a three-mode Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC) system that can easily be turned on or off with switches.
