The Kawasaki VN1500 Classic Tourer Fi was a twin, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1996 and 2004. It could reach a top speed of 99 mph (160 km/h). Max torque was 83.35 ft/lbs (113.0 Nm) @ 2800 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 63.56 HP (47.4 KW) @ 4900 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 102.0mm bore x 90.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1470.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 130/90-h16 front tire and a 150/80-h16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The VN1500 Classic Tourer Fi was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 742.96 pounds (337.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 65.55 inches (1665 mm) long.
