It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 220mm disc in the front and a 180mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with monoshock. The wheelbase was 51.81 inches (1316 mm) long.

The 2015 MY Kymco Like LX 200i sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 163cc, single cylinder lump paired to a continuously variable transmission, and can produce 12 horsepower and 12 Nm of torque. This agile and gritty machine has been designed to fit the taste of the more nostalgic scooter fans, with 60's and 70's DNA embedded into its design, but also boasts the practicality of a modern one, and comes with a rear trunk plus an under-seat storage compartment, a front disc brake plus retractable passenger footpegs.
