The Laverda 125 LZ Elegant was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by Laverda in 1982. Max torque was 11.8 ft/lbs (16.0 Nm) @ 7400 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 17.03 HP (12.7 KW) @ 7600 RPM.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2,50-18 front tire and a 3,00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260 mm disc in the front and a 160 mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a 32 mm Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual adjustable shocks. The wheelbase was 54.02 inches (1372 mm) long.

The 1982 MY Laverda 125 LZ Elegant addresses novice or less experienced riders that want a more luxurious machine, coming standard with a tasteful gold-coated, seven-spoked ally wheels, that match the gold detailing on the rest of the machine.
