The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, pushrod, 2 valve. The engine featured a 10.0:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet multiple plate clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2 75- 18 front tire and a 2 75- 18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 158mm Drum in the front and a 123mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm with hydraulic shocks. The 125 Turismo GT was fitted with a 15 Liters / 3.9 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 105 Kg / 231.4 lbs. The wheelbase was 1280 mm / 50.3 in long.

MV Agusta 125 Turismo GT
The GT was an evolution of the 125 from 1966.
The engine crank case was redesigned and a rev counter was added.
The aesthetics were profoundly different, the lines were straight,
especially the rectangular gas tank and the straight highlight that ran
along it.
The shape of the exhaust was new as well, the handlebars were raised and the
general configuration was of a touring bike.Source
