The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, pushrod, 2 valve. The engine featured a 7.2:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet multiple plate clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-19 front tire and a 3.00-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 200mm Drum in the front and a 200mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm with hydraulic shocks. The 235 Tevere was fitted with a 17 Liters / 4.5 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1350 mm / 53.0 in long.

Derived from the CST of 1958, the engine
has the same stroke but a larger bore.
The general layout of the motorcycle was identical to the 175 but with a
different fuel filter in the carburetor and a different coloured gas tank.
