The MV Agusta 350 S Ipotesi was a air-cooled, four-stroke, paralallel twin cylinder, OHV Sport touring motorcycle produced by MV Agusta between 1974 and 1978. Claimed horsepower was 34.06 HP (25.4 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

A 63.5mm bore x 63.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 349.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 3.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320 mm discs in the front and a single 230 mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swinging arm fork with adjustable shock absorbers. The 350 S Ipotesi was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 51.18 inches (1300 mm) long.

The MV Agusta launch at the Milan Motorshow in 1973, the new 350 S Ipotesi. The MV Agusta 350S is a classic Italian designed by legendary automotive stylist Giorgio Giugiaro. The 350cc was an air-cooled, two-cylinder unit fed by dual Dell’Orto carburetors. Produced only between 1975 and 1977, the 350 was an instant hit after being revealed at the Milan Motorcycle show. The 350S differed itself with the beautiful fairing, a shortened seat, and a shortened tail that was angled slightly upward.

THe 1978 MY MV Agusta 350 S Ipotesi is a limited edition machine, addressed for Agusta fans who want a more exclusive machine. It sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 349cc, parallel twin cylinder engine paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce 34 horsepower at 8500 rpm. Unlike the base 350 S, it comes with a blacked-out frame, exhaust system and center stand, while keeping to the Schiranna look, with a fiery red paint scheme.
