The MV Agusta BRUTALE 800 was a Three cylinder, four-stroke, 12 valve Naked motorcycle produced by MV Agusta in 2016. Max torque was 61.22 ft/lbs (83.0 Nm) @ 7600 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 116.0 HP (86.5 KW) @ 11500 RPM.

Engine[edit]

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 798.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit]

The bike has a 6-Speed manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a 120/70 - ZR 17 M/C (58 W) front tire and a 180/55 - ZR 17 M/C (73 W) rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 320mm in the front and a Single disc 220mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Progressive Sachs, single shock absorber with rebound and compression damping and spring preload adjustment. The wheelbase was 55.12 inches (1400 mm) long.

There have been changes in the engine too, with the latest development of the three cylinders with counter-rotating crankshaft, to meet Euro 4 emission standards, that is capable of delivering a maximum power output of (86,5 kw) 116 hp at 11,500 rpm. A record maximum torque, increased by 25% with 83 Nm at 7,600 rpm, with 90% of the value already available at 3,800 rpm.
