The MV Agusta Brutale 1090 R ABS was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, four valves per cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by MV Agusta between 2013 and 2014. Max torque was 83.35 ft/lbs (113.0 Nm) @ 8100 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 144.03 HP (107.4 KW) @ 10300 RPM.

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1078.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 - ZR 17 (58 W) front tire and a 190/55 - ZR 17 (75 W) rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320 mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 210 mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a upside-down telescopic hydraulic fork with rebound-compression damping and spring preload external and separate adjustment while the rear was equipped with a progressive, single shock absorber with rebound and compression (High speed / Low speed) damping and spring preload adjustment. The wheelbase was 56.61 inches (1438 mm) long.
