The MZ Max502T was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by MZ between 2012 and 2013. It could reach a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 3.49 HP (2.6 KW) @ 7400 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 40.0mm bore x 39.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.3 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
