The Maico MD250WK was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Maico between 1971 and 1983. It could reach a top speed of 94 mph (151 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 26.42 HP (19.7 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 76.0mm bore x 54.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 245.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a rotary valves.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.00-18 front tire and a 3.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The MD250WK was fitted with a 4.49 Gallon (17.00 Liters) fuel tank.
