The Malaguti Madison 400 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Malaguti in 2005. Max torque was 25.08 ft/lbs (34.0 Nm) @ 5750 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 30.17 HP (22.5 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 86.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 383.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

Power was moderated via the automatic centrifugal dry clutch.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-13 front tire and a 140/60-13 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a front suspension by hydraulic fork, ø 36 mm stanchions while the rear was equipped with a by swinging engine and 2 hydraulic shock absorbers. The Madison 400 was fitted with a 3.17 Gallon (12.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 392.42 pounds (178.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.86 inches (1495 mm) long.
