The Moto Guzzi California 1400 Touring was a v2, four-stroke Cruiser motorcycle produced by Moto Guzzi between 2013 and 2018. Max torque was 8.11 ft/lbs (11.0 Nm) @ 3000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 94.01 HP (70.1 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 104.0mm bore x 81.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1380.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the single-disc with integrated anti-vibration buffer.

It came with a 130/70-18 front tire and a 200/60-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. stainless steel floating discs, brembo radial callipers with 4 horizontally opposed pistons. in the front and a single disc. stainless steel fixed disc, brembo floating caliper with 2 parallel pistons. in the rear. The front suspension was a 46 mm hydraulic telescopic fork, with radial caliper mounting brackets. while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with double shock absorber with adjustable spring preload. no rebound adjustment on rear shock.. The California 1400 Touring was fitted with a 5.42 Gallon (20.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 709.89 pounds (322.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 66.34 inches (1685 mm) long.

In 2014, Mandello del Lario has launched a special edition of the California touring, which has been designed to fit the taste of riders who prefer a more classic touch added to their touring machine, with lost of 70's DNA embedded in its design. Unlike the base model, it comes with a small passenger back rest and grab handle and a two-tone paint scheme, which reminisce of the classic American cruisers, but also comes with the reliability and race pedigree of an Italian built machine.

In all other aspects, it has the same specs as the base California 1400 Touring.
