The PGO Ligero 125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by PGO between 2008 and 2016. Max torque was 6.86 ft/lbs (9.3 Nm) @ 6750 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 9.25 HP (6.9 KW) @ 7750 RPM.

It came with a 90/90-10 front tire and a 90/90-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a uni-absorber. The Ligero 125 was fitted with a 1.77 Gallon (6.70 Liters) fuel tank.
