The PGO PMS-50 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by PGO between 2006 and 2016. Max torque was 3.76 ft/lbs (5.1 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 4.69 HP (3.5 KW) @ 7000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 52.0mm bore x 50.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the dry style, centrifugal type.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a unit swing arm. The PMS-50 was fitted with a 1.77 Gallon (6.70 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 180.78 pounds (82.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 46.18 inches (1173 mm) long.
