The Piaggio Skipper ST125 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Piaggio in 2005. It could reach a top speed of 61 mph (98 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 8.58 HP (6.4 KW) @ 12000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 57.0mm bore x 48.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Power was moderated via the automatic dry centrifuge type.

It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear.
