The bike has a 6 Speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-ZR17 front tire and a 190/50-ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual 320mm hydraulic disc in the front and a Single 220mm hydraulic disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Inverted telescopic, coil spring, fully adjustable spring preload, compression and rebound damping while the rear was equipped with a Link-type, gas/oil-damped, fully adjustable spring preload, compression and rebound damping. The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.

The 2004 MY GSX-R1000 Mladin Replica evokes the 1-2 finish in the inaugural GSX-R1000 season, with Team Yoshimura and the presence of this replica on the street is further acknowledging the racing dominance of the liter-class Gixxer.
