The Suzuki GSX 1200 Inazuma was a Oil/air Cooled, Four-stroke, 4 cylinders Naked motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 1999. Max torque was 72.28 ft/lbs (98.0 Nm) @ 4500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 100.04 HP (74.6 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

The engine was a Air/oil cooled cooled Four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder.. The engine featured a 9.5:1 compression ratio.

Drive[edit | edit source]

Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

Stopping was achieved via 2 x 310 mm Discs, 4 piston calipers, Brembo in the front and a Single 240mm disc, 2 piston caliper, Brembo in the rear. The front suspension was a 43 mm Inverted tube telescopic, coil spring, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, coil spring, gas/oil damped, spring preload 5-way adjustable, compression damping force 4-way adjustable.


1999 - 2002 Suzuki GSX 1200 Inazuma[edit | edit source]

It is currently only available in the Japanese market Inazuma (lightning) resource is an old familiar. 1986 prepared the GSX-R to 1100, and then returned to the bandit the air, oil-cooled four-cylinder. The Inazuma appearance and dimensions are identical to the success of the GSX 750.
