After setting a world speed record in 1956 which lasted for almost six years, the British firm started, three years later, to produce a model honoring that accomplishment, in the embodiment of the Bonneville. Now, more than fifty years later, the Hinckley-based firm have released a special edition in remembrance of that iconic achievement.

The 2015 MY Triumph Bonneville T214 Land Speed LE features a hand painted Caspian Blue/ Pure White color scheme, with red and white chequer details. The white star motif on the front mudguard is the same as the one on the Triumph machine to set the world record. Other details, like the blacked out rims, handlebars and rear suspension springs add to the custom-like appearance of the bike.
