The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 76.0mm bore x 82.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 744.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 9.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 4.10-19 front tire and a 4.10-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The T140E Bonneville Executive was fitted with a 4.89 Gallon (18.50 Liters) fuel tank.
