Engine

The engine was a Liquid-cooled cooled Four stroke, transverse three cylinder. DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder. The engine featured a 11.0:1 compression ratio.

Drive

Power was moderated via the Wet, multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 R19 front tire and a 170/60 R17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2 x 305 mm Floating discs, radially mounted monobloc Brembo 4-piston calipers, switchable ABS in the front and a Single 282 mm disc, Nissin 2-piston sliding caliper, switchable ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a WP 48 mm upside down forks, adjustable rebound and compression damping while the rear was equipped with a WP monoshock with remote oil reservoir, hydraulically adjustable preload, rebound damping adjustment.
