The Triumph Tunderbird Legend TT was a 4-stroke liquid cooled, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder Cruiser motorcycle produced by Triumph between 2000 and 2001. Max torque was 50.89 ft/lbs (69.0 Nm) @ 4000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 69.06 HP (51.5 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 885.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a Gears transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 R17 front tire and a 160/60 R17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 320mm disc, 2 piston caliper in the front and a Single 285mm disc, 2 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm forks with triple rate springs while the rear was equipped with a Monoshock with adjustable preload. The Tunderbird Legend TT was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 62.2 inches (1580 mm) long.

With the design cues obviously following in the tradition of the earlier Thunderbird bikes, the 1999 Legend TT is a classic, no-frills Triumph roadster. Created for those in search of the street worthiness of modern bikes combined with the retro attire of older sportsters, the Legend TT also brings in exceptional low speed maneuverability thanks to its low seat and ample handlebars.
