The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 62.0mm bore x 49.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 149.5 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 90/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with dual spring shock absorbers. The Nitrox 150 was fitted with a 2.69 Gallon (10.20 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 246.92 pounds (112.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 51.18 inches (1300 mm) long.
