The Vespa GTS250 i.e. was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Vespa between 2006 and 2011. It could reach a top speed of 76 mph (122 km/h). Max torque was 14.83 ft/lbs (20.1 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 20.79 HP (15.5 KW) @ 8250 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 72.0mm bore x 60.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 244.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, centrifugal type.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a single sided trailing link with hydraulic shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a twin hydraulic shock absorbers with preload adjuster. The GTS250 i.e. was fitted with a 2.43 Gallon (9.20 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 321.87 pounds (146.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 53.94 inches (1370 mm) long.
