2015 Yamaha Bolt R-spec[edit | edit source]

Sporting the same engine and chassis as its sibling, the base Bolt, the 2015 MY Yamaha Bolt R-spec has bean tweaked in the rear suspension department, featuring gold-anodized shocks with piggyback remote reservoirs, plus a redesigned one-up saddle with contrast stitching.

Also, being a Star motorcycle, it follows their motto, "we build it, you make it your own" and comes with a multitude of accessories, allowing the rider to truly make it a one-of-a-kind classic "bobber", plus all the perks that come from all the latest technologies from Yamaha.

2016 Yamaha Bolt R-spec[edit | edit source]

The 2016 MY Yamaha Bolt R-spec sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 942cc V-twin powerplant in which the fuel injection and the ignition timing maps have been specially revised for more low to mid-level rpm power delivery, making this middleweight cruiser perfect for urban environments, as well as weekend cruises along the motorway. Features such as the 3.2 gallon fuel tank, the belt drive, the custom-looking twelve spoked-wheels and the digital instrumentation add to the unique, one-of-a-kind character of this motorcycle.

The R-spec features a different choice in paint schemes, as opposed to the base Bolt. Another distinction is the rear suspension, which includes piggyback-style gas chambers, which offer full adjustability and allows the rider to set his machine to suit whatever conditions the road ahead may have in store.

2017 Yamaha BOLT R-SPEC[edit | edit source]
