The Yamaha Grizzly 300 Automatic was a single cylinder, four-stroke ATV produced by Yamaha between 2012 and 2015.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 75.0mm bore x 65.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 287.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the Automatic CVT.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 25/8-12 front tire and a 25/10-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. hydraulic. in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a independent double wishbone while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The Grizzly 300 Automatic was fitted with a 2.8 Gallon (10.60 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 47.2 inches (1199 mm) long.

The 2012 Grizzly 300 Automatic is the bigger version of the series' 125 model, packing more punch and suitable for tougher jobs. This ATV sports an automatic transmission which makes operating it a breeze even for the inexperienced rider: with a dual-range transmission easy to control using the dash lever, riders can switch between high, low, neutral and reverse.

The 2012 Yamaha Grizzly 300 Automatic is a dependable helping hand around the house or farm, but thanks to its generous ground clearance and the double wishbone suspension it can also provide fun on the forest trails. Add in a low-maintenance drive shaft, watertight underseat storage and luggage racks, and you've got yourself a nice little beast for work and play, provided you stay off the public roads.
