The Yamaha Venture was a Liquid-cooled, DOHC, V-4 Touring motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 2000.

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1294.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5 speed, manual, wide ratio, overdrive 4th and 5th transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 150/80-16 front tire and a 150/90-15M/C rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual 298mm discs in the front and a Single 320mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Air-assist telescopic fork, 5.6 in. travel while the rear was equipped with a Air-assist single shock, link-type, 4.1 in. travel. The Venture was fitted with a 1.59 Gallon (6.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 67.09 inches (1704 mm) long.

The Venture is the ultimate Yamaha retro-styled cruiser.
