The Yamaha X-City 250 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Yamaha between 2007 and 2016. Max torque was 15.86 ft/lbs (21.5 Nm) @ 5800 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 20.52 HP (15.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 69.0mm bore x 66.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.8 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the Automatic CVT.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-16 front tire and a 140/70-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a unit swing. The X-City 250 was fitted with a 2.77 Gallon (10.50 Liters) fuel tank.
