The Yamaha VINO CLASSIC was a Single cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled scooter produced by Yamaha between 2006 and 2016. Max torque was 5.16 ft/lbs (7.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

A 38.1mm bore x 38.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a Automatic CVT transmission. Power was moderated via the Dry centrifugal automatic clutch.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-10 front tire and a 90/90-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum 110mm in the front and a Drum 110mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork, 2.3-in travel while the rear was equipped with a Single shock, 2.1-in travel. The wheelbase was 45.71 inches (1161 mm) long.


2004 Yamaha Vino CLASSIC[edit | edit source]

The Vino Classic is powered by a responsive fan-cooled engine. Simple electric starting system with automatic choke system provides hassle-free starting. Just turn the key, push the button and go. A large seat, comfortable floorboard, chromed rear luggage rack and large, convenient underseat storage are a few more features found on this unique machine.


2006 Yamaha VINO CLASSIC[edit | edit source]

This scoot comes with electric starting, a top-drawer 3-valve, 2-stroke engine design, fan-assisted liquid cooling, TPS and automatic transmission. 2005 also brings in a new fork with better damping, lightweight mag-style wheels, revised instruments and chromed accents.


2016 Yamaha VINO CLASSIC[edit | edit source]

Yamaha built this Scooter in 2016, classic retro style, with a open, step-through steel-tube frame design. This model has a Telescopic front fork with 2.3 inches of travel delivers superb bump absorbing performance and comfort. Rear single-shock suspension with 2.1 inches of travel provides plush, all-day comfort and unbeatable ride quality.
