The Yamaha XTZ125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 2002 and 2019. Max torque was 8.56 ft/lbs (11.6 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 12.2 HP (9.1 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 53.3mm bore x 53.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiple-disc coil spring.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 80/90-21 front tire and a 110/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The XTZ125 was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 51.18 inches (1300 mm) long.
