The Yamaha YFZ450R SE was a single cylinder, four-stroke ATV produced by Yamaha between 2009 and 2019.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 63.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate assist-and-slipper clutch.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 21/7-10 front tire and a 20/10-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. hydraulic. two-piston calipers. in the front and a single disc. two-piston calipers. in the rear. The 2008 Yamaha YFZ450R is a pure sport quad, engineered to deliver the ultimate performance on the dirt track, drawing its cues from the MX world.
