Exclamation 72 Honda CB350f Carb question

I am currently working on my 1st set of Honda Cb350f carbs.
When i disassembled the carbs, i noticed that the number 1 carb needle set (a long tube with a series of holes on sides that goes
between the slide needle & main jet), was different regarding the holes in the sides.
On the other 3 carbs, there are 2 holes on either side. On the opposite sides, there are 5 holes down the length of the tube.

The number 1 carb has 2 holes on either side and 3 holes in the opposing sides. On the side with 3 holes. it "looks" like 5 holes until you shine light through it. I am thinking these other 2 holes are clogged up but I cannot get anything through it to open the hole. Is there really 5 holes in this one or are the 2 indents on either side that just look like they should be holes, and there are actually just 3 holes?

I guess the easy way to ask this question would be to say "do all the needle set tubes have 2 holes on either side & 5 on the opposing side for these carbs?" Thanks in advance for any help! Ken
