When did John Deere make a Motorcycle?
I just purchased a used Honda Motorcycle that came with a large box of parts. In this box, I found a gas tank and two side plates off of a John Deere Motorcycle. I just want to know when this was in production and maybe if anyone out there is looking for something like this.

John Deer Moter cycle
John Deer made a few bikes in the 30s to early 40s as near as I can tell. I have only seen one pic about 15 years ago. have heard rumors about them, cannot find any hard facts about them. can you send me pics of the parts, and I want to by them if possible. my email is ( falconred27@yahoo.ca)
