Default How do i adjust the front fork suspension on my'85 Kawasaki gpz 250?

i have a 1985 GPZ 250 and the front suspension is way way way too soft. it starts bouncing in corners etc. all i see at the top of the forks is valves, they kind of remind me of the ones found on tyres. Please help!how much air should i put in them?
