Question Old Indian Identification

A friend of mine recently bought an old farm, in one of the sheds he found two old Indian frames. Can anyone tell me how or where I need to go to find out when they were built and which model they are. I have the serial number from one of the frames...2495G81. I'm not real sure if the letter "G" is correct, it was a little hard to read and the lighting in the shed wasn't very good. I would greatly appreciate any info. on how to identify these frames.
