I've owned a few Ducati's over the years, but never again. Like anything Italian, they ride great and look even better, but they are complex, trouble prone, and expensive to operate. Its tough to beat the prestige and thrill of cranking a Ducati throttle in the middle of a turn, or the sound of that beautifully engineered engine at any throttle setting. And they look darn fast just sitting still. But you will need lots of money and patience, and perhaps your own mechanic. I would recommend owning a Ducati at least once, just so you can say"been there, done that!"Male or female, doesn't matter, both of those bikes are great machines.
