Has the bike been sitting? Did the problem occur over a period of time or suddenly? Does the choke on or off make any difference?

I think the carbs might need to be cleaned out, I have a 1986 Suzuki Gsxr750,I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use a different clutch master cylinder,Because the clutch master cylinder that's on my bike the screws are sripped and I can't open it to put brake fluid in it and it need some so that's the only thing holding me back from riding it, So any info will help me, Like is the a different clutch master cylinder I can use on my 1986 Gsxr750? Any help would be awsome, Thanks

Easiest and cheapest solution would be to drill out the old screwed and replace them
