is motorcycle insurance expensive?

is it more expensive than car insurance?is the gas milage good? what are some benefits and disadvantages of having one?

the insurance can be quite expensive depending on your age, and the type of bike, and you insurance company.as for gas mileage, bikes generally get very good gas mileage even todays sportbikes get around 40 mpg when doing highway speeds, my uncle has a BMW R1200R for commuting and he gets around 55-60 mpg.

The full coverage on my financed $10,000 bike fully covered was about the same as my fully covered 90 Chevy pick-up. I looked on line and then went with Harley . It was the cheapest. I am over 65
