This depends on what year you have. If you are talking about a CR250R two-stroke motocross bike, most have had a 1.8 to 2.2 gallon fuel tank from 1988 until now. It is very hard to determine what gas mileage would be off-road as you get wheel spin, uphills, downhills, jumps, whoops and other obstacles. Generally, I would venture to say this bike would get anywhere from 30-50 MPG, again, depending on how you would be riding it.
