ohhh tough question. Depends on where you live. If its the states then i would have to go with the r1. Easier to fix, find parts for, and modify. Plus its a cheaper bike all around. Im not saying the ducati is bad either its just more money and harder to find parts for. Plus most of them have dry clutches. Which means you hear more rattling and clanking while you drive. They also have to be switched out more.I would would have to go with the R1 even though i admire the ducati line.
