Is $1500 the right prices for a 1998 Kawasaki Ninja 250?
A guy a know has it. I am a first time rider, and I have pretty much decided on the Ninja 250. I've taken the MSF course. The bike has 11800 miles on it, and it's got scratches here and there. Nothing major. Am I getting ripped off for $1500?
