Default im 6ft 1 and 190lbs is a ninja 250 to small for me?

I was just wondering if a ninja 250 is to small for me or should i look into a 650r, and im 16 yrs old and ill be on highways quite a bit since i live in ohio. So any help would be appreciated.

it's probably not too small, especially for your first bikeYou could probably get the Ninja 500 and do just fine....I'm a 5'3", 100 pound female and that was my first bike - I downgraded to the 250 only b/c the 500 was too big for me to pick back up if I dropped it. No problems with riding it though!If you go to a motorcycle shop you can sit on one and get a feel for it, go with whatever feels most comfortable for you

No I have had a Ninja 250 for about a year now and I am 6ft 3 and 210lbs. So far I have had no problems but I want to upgrade to a Ninja 500 because I want more power.
