You can get a pair of Metzeler Sportec M3 Supersport tires for less than $250 at http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com with free shipping. I've bought from them and had no problems in the past.The M3 is a great street tire. They have fantastic grip but you'll still get decent mileage out of them. I have been running them on my SV since early last year (I used the M1 before that).If you order your tires from an online store make sure there is a shop in your area that will mount them. Many of the shops near where I live refuse to mount a tire that you don't buy from them. Of course they inflate the price of the tire too!
